Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and set strategic vision and direction for the data science team, focused on Omni-Channel analysis across both brick-and-mortar and online business. reputed company cross-functional teams, collaborating with Analysts, Technical Partners, and Business Leaders to establish a roadmap for development based on business needs. Translate business requirements into precise product specifications to guide development. reputed company solution design sessions, aligning strategies to business drivers, challenges, and long-term goals. Design efficient data pipelines to address business problems, utilizing technical tools and retail systems. Establish and implement Data Science team best practices and reputed company code reviews for colleagues. Utilize advanced analytics techniques (regression, AI, clustering) to drive meaningful insights.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.). 2 years' experience developing Analytics, Statistical, or AI models to extract insights and address business challenges, ideally in a retail setting. Proficiency in web analysis and visitor segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences. Ability to reputed company small teams in quick and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges. Cloud platform/tech proficiency. Familiarity with AI or machine learning methods. Ability to work on reputed company issues, developing data-driven stories for direction.
Preferred Qualifications
