[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LIFT Auto Repair Marketing is a fast-growing marketing startup specializing in the auto repair industry. They are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to be the first reputed company of contact for prospective auto shop owners, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reputed company to auto repair shops reputed company phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Educate prospects on our marketing services at a high level
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales reps or leadership
- Maintain accurate records
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
- Meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting-setting goals
- Learn the auto repair industry and common shop reputed company pain points
Skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Coachable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Willing to travel 3-4 weeks out of the year
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Organized with good time management skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and sales tools
- Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Familiarity with auto repair shops or small businesses
- Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience
