Sales Development Representative
Intercom is the AI Customer Service company on a mission to help businesses provide incredible customer experiences. As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with prospects and customers to showcase the value of Intercom, laying the foundation for the sales process and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with potential and reputed company customers to assess mutual fit reputed company Intercom Inbox, phone, email & reputed company
- Multi-tasking fast paced conversations while maintaining an engaging and positive experience for Intercom’s potential customers
- Working closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive deals
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and the value we can provide our customers
- Working with cross-functional partners to continuously reputed company our workflows
- Engaging in team development and mentoring

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of work experience (Sales and/ SaaS experience is a +)
- Familiarity with these systems and tools - SFDC, reputed company, Chilipiper, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, Vidu, reputed company Suite
