Accounts Payable Coordinator, Part-Time
Franklin Sports is a family-owned company dedicated to making sports inspiring, fun, and accessible for reputed company. They are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to process a high volume of foreign vendor invoices and support daily accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities
- Process approximately 400-600 invoices per month including coding and approval verification
- Manage and prioritize invoices to ensure they are paid timely and accurately
- Calculate invoice discounts for terms and/or other deductions
- Process electronic payments on a weekly basis
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Reconcile A/P sub ledger to General ledger
- Produce monthly reports to assist with month end reputed company
- Maintain accounts payable files
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or reputed company field strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience required
- Prior accounting experience
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to analyze financial data and detect discrepancies
- Excellent computer user skills with advanced reputed company required
- reputed company Enterprise Financials and Powerlink experience are desirable
