[Remote] Application Support Administrator

They are seeking an Application Support Administrator to provide technical support for applications, manage user access, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming Help Desk tickets to provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Assist in escalating unresolved issues and provide reputed company feedback to the internal customers
- Managing user access and permissions, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with company policies
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or reputed company applications such as Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight
- Experience working in a Help Desk environment such as reputed company
- Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work reputed company a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient with the Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products
- Some insurance agency experience preferred
