Licensed Transaction Coordinator - Ohio
Redfin is a full-service brokerage aiming to redefine real estate in the consumer's favor. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating real estate deals and providing exceptional service to agents and clients throughout the home-buying and selling process.
Responsibilities
- You'll take a reputed company role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to reputed company
- With agent reputed company, you'll manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-up
- Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors

Skills
- A real estate license is required
- One year of customer service experience is required

- Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies (reputed company suite, Redfin proprietary tools)
- Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties required
