[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager role involves coordinating client programs, supporting communication, and ensuring project execution is organized and effective.
Responsibilities
- Support project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with setting up client programs and configuring the AuctusIQ platform
- Help manage weekly client activities such as meetings, status updates, and reporting
- Document action items, track reputed company, and help ensure follow-through
- Prepare materials and summaries that support client and internal discussions
- Work closely with Client Success Managers to provide reputed company, organized support to clients
- Communicate professionally with a variety of client partners, helping ensure a positive experience
- Surface questions or concerns early so they can be resolved quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams—including product, insights, implementation, and sales—to support project delivery
- Share client feedback or needs with clarity and accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen how we deliver Client Success at AuctusIQ
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience desired in project coordination, operations, client support, or a reputed company role
- Proficient using new technologies & digital platforms
- Inspired to learn applications for AI and data science
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office tools, especially reputed company (basic formulas, filtering, organizing data)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay reputed company of deadlines
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to quality in your work
- Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
