Business Development Representative
Circuit is transforming urban mobility by providing clean and efficient last-mile transit services using electric vehicles. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will drive growth by generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the reputed company Account Program to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and other channels
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, transportation challenges, and potential fit for Circuit's services
- Recommend appropriate services or product offerings based on prospect requirements
- Clearly and confidently reputed company Circuit’s value proposition across email, phone, video, and reputed company reputed company
- Execute daily outbound reputed company through cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and multi-touch campaigns
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in assigned territories and market segments
- Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain high, consistent outbound activity levels reputed company with KPIs
- Support the company’s reputed company Account Process, working systematically through defined lists of reputed company accounts
- Research and map key contacts (mayors, transportation directors, council members, developers, hotel stakeholders, influencers, etc.)
- Execute structured reputed company sequences tailored to each reputed company account
- Track and document competitive landscape, incumbents, funding sources, mobility priorities, local development projects, and other intelligence
- Maintain organized notes and structured data in reputed company to ensure full visibility for Account Executives and leadership
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to the Head of reputed company
- Partner with Marketing to help refine messaging, campaigns, and reputed company strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring reputed company reputed company, insights, and contacts are logged in reputed company
- Stay informed about new services, product updates, mobility trends, and relevant industry developments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, operations, reputed company, or a reputed company function
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to senior-level municipal and private-sector stakeholders
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and reputed company streams simultaneously
- Ability to interpret and reputed company KPIs to evaluate and improve performance
- Experience using reputed company Workspace, reputed company CRM, and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time-management and prioritization abilities
- Customer service, negotiation, or stakeholder engagement experience is a plus
- Interest or familiarity with government sales, microtransit, mobility, real estate development, tourism, sustainability, or transportation planning is a plus
