Analyst (Management Consulting) - Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities
- Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables
- Support the design, coordination, and logistics of external and internal meetings
- Own knowledge capture responsibility during internal and external client meetings; occasionally co-facilitate internal and external client meetings
- Support and/or reputed company research, data gathering, and analysis to inform the development of client recommendations and solutions; clearly synthesize and present results
- Contribute to proposal development efforts
- Showcase critical thinking skills to evaluate needs, reputed company initial recommendations, and partner with team members to refine thinking and approaches to client challenges

Skills
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (or have had one reputed company the past two years)
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a professional services or client-facing environment
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the surrounding DC and Baltimore metro areas; occasional travel reputed company of these regions could be expected (5%)
- Critical thinking/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization and time-management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
