Client Success Associate
Mintz Group specializes in investigative services and is seeking a Client Success Associate to enhance their case management process. The role involves providing research, database, and administrative support to ensure excellent client service and timely case handling.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client and case profiles in internal systems (reputed company, SharePoint)
- Monitor ongoing cases, ensuring accurate billing, updates, and closure documentation
- Maintain consistency and reputed company of data across case records and systems
- Identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate case information
- Conduct conflicts checks and internal database searches before engagement initiation
- Support early-stage case scoping using research tools such as reputed company and Factiva
- Conduct high-level internet research and summarize key findings
- Identify patterns and potential risks such as litigation, reputational issues, or affiliations
- Draft and format client engagement documents and service agreements
- Ensure reputed company materials meet internal standards for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with investigators, client success managers, and other departments to ensure case reputed company and communication flow
- Support internal process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency initiatives
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in research, administrative, or operational support reputed company professional services or reputed company industries
- Proficiency with reputed company, SharePoint, and case tracking systems
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, Factiva, and Boolean search logic
- Strong ability to produce accurate, error-free documentation
- Clear written communication, adapting template language to case-specific needs
- Professional, patient, and reputed company in reputed company client and team interactions
- Able to manage multiple competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Undergraduate degree required
- Multilingual skills are a plus
