Analyst,Community Relations
Oak Street Health, part of reputed company, is focused on transforming health care and reaching millions of Americans. The Community Relationship Analyst will engage adults on Medicare by building relationships with community leaders and driving patient growth through reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Researching and understanding the landscape of influencers and community partners in your respective market
- Prospecting and cold calling to local businesses in your assigned territory, such as Senior Buildings, Libraries, Churches, Senior Groups, etc
- Impacting patient acquisition and reputed company reputed company targets for each center in your assigned territory by leveraging community relationships to engage Medicare eligible adults
- Working with local leaders in the community to identify opportunities to further expand & reputed company new channels of patient growth
- Collaborating Regional Partnership Manager (RPM) to build & maintain relationships with Insurance Agents (IAs)
- Building and nurturing relationships with local leaders (field account managers) to create long-term alliances with mutually beneficial outcomes that positively impact the communities we serve
- Acting as the reputed company of contact for both the reputed company Team & community partners that want to engage in cross-functional initiatives
- Maintaining regular touchpoints and contact with key stakeholders. Examples of items to discuss in these conversations include
- Reviewing weekly KPIs (new leads generated or new patients added)
- Updates on reputed company status of initiatives
- Discuss new updates in the center (Medicare 101 Events, New Provider joining, etc.)
- Overseeing cross-collaboration initiatives with key stakeholders and reviewing success of initiatives by reviewing reputed company reputed company & new patient growth
- Developing and managing a 6+ week reputed company-looking calendar of events across assigned territory with local leaders in the community
- Coordinating reputed company details of the events both internally and externally to ensure that events are engaging, well attended and drive reputed company reputed company
- Clearly communicate objectives, strategy and expectations for each event with Regional Director of Growth, reputed company Managers and reputed company Executives
- Generating field account engagement by proactively working with local leaders on community reputed company opportunities
- Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates reputed company, workstreams, and initiatives
- Planning reputed company reputed company and community engagement at least 2 weeks in advance to strategically reputed company & maintain reputed company pipeline
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Previous experience in account or community engagement
- Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business to business environment
- Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics, including account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new patients added
- Unique ability to adapt and overcome external relationship issues for positive outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects & accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work proactively to generate new growth opportunities for our reputed company Teams
- Public speaking combined with strong written and verbal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
