[Remote] Data Entry Specialist - Remote

They are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who will review and file legal documents, verify data accuracy, and participate in ongoing training to expand industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise and resolve issues promptly
- Confirm and verify data accuracy entered into systems
- Complete additional projects as assigned to support the team
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of 60-70 words per minute
- Previous data entry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with legal documentation processes
