Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, coordinating the delivery of corporate secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through reputed company, professional, and high-quality service
• Proactively monitor statutory deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
• Review statutory documentation ready for filing at local registries
• Draft board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate governance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail, where required
