They are looking for an IT Support and reputed company Fundamentals Instructor to deliver training, support learners, and maintain instructional materials while fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support instructor-led training that prepares learners for entry-level to mid-level careers in IT Support. Responsibilities include daily instruction, administering assessments, monitoring attendance, providing one-on-one tutoring, conducting daily evaluations and reputed company monitoring of individual learners, consistently addressing learners violations, and more
  • Provide learners with access to relevant resources for reputed company learning on technologies and study aids relevant to the curriculum
  • Work closely with the team to identify learners needs, provide the necessary support, establish individualized plans for learners achievement, and participate in regular student-status meetings
  • Maintain and update reputed company and/or our LMS with learners grades, certification scores, and reputed company notes
  • Support and maintain the training curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and other instructional materials used in the classroom to ensure their effectiveness and consistency

Skills

  • 1-3 years of teaching or training experience

  • Should be familiar with the OSI model and protocol data flow
  • Working knowledge of Client/Server Environments
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks
  • Proficiency with remote administration and remote administration tools (i.e, InTune, Remote Access Tools, reputed company, Bomgar)
  • Experience with providing direct, over-the-phone, or remote troubleshooting support of end-user desktops, equipment, applications, or connectivity issues in a timely fashion
