The Systems Engineer Associate (Fleet Analytics) - Level 1 will analyze operational data, collaborate with teams to enhance system reliability, and manage performance metric documentation to support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key technical contributor for metric reporting and degrader analytics processes across reputed company aerospace systems
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify anomalies, degraders, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions that improve system reliability
- reputed company, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of system performance metric documentation
- Proactively manage your workload and time, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
Skills
- Holds at least 1 year of professional experience
- Previous experience as a flightline maintainer or similar role reviewing flight operational data and performance
- Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets, databases (MS reputed company, Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/reputed company), and experience with reputed company Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint)
- F-35 program experience strongly preferred - flightline maintainer or other
- Bachelors degree in Engineering reputed company field
- Advanced experience in using spreadsheets (MS reputed company - Equations, Pivot Tables and/or VBA)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills advantageous
- Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques
- Ability to reputed company detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and quick delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with an ability to address diverse audiences
