[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors. They are seeking a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support, focusing on engaging and qualifying prospective customers through managing inbound leads and developing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound leads for reputed company and rental clients
• Educate and reputed company leads for inbound through inbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, events, follow up on webinars, and assorted campaigns
• reputed company 80 to 100 dials a day
• Identify and reputed company an in-depth understanding of each reputed company reputed company process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points and the hand-off to the Account Executive
• Will be separating Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads

Skills

• Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Intellectually curious and with a keen interest in real estate or mortgage
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
