Outreach, Associate
Capstone is a company focused on building and maintaining an expert network for industry experts and C-Suite executives. They are seeking an Outreach Associate who will be responsible for liaising with high-level contacts, supporting marketing efforts, and assisting the research team in outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as Capstone’s official liaison with C-Suite executives, Governmental offices, associations, and more
- Partner with content strategy to support Capstone’s marketing efforts
- Support research team with outreach to experts, including searching and/or recruiting appropriate experts
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support private equity outreach goals
Skills
- At least two-five years of experience
- Excellent time-management skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree, with high academic achievement
- One to three years of relevant experience, prior Hill scheduling experience
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- Adaptability and organizational skills
