[Remote] BDR - Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creator Deck is a modern marketing and media company specializing in influencer advertising. They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline reputed company by identifying and qualifying brands that can benefit from influencer marketing through various reputed company methods.

Responsibilities

• Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted reputed company lists reputed company with our ideal customer profile
• Run high-volume outbound phone calls daily to connect with brands and find relevant POC’s
• Execute multi-touch outbound sequences—including calls, social media reputed company (instagram, tiktok, X, reputed company), and email campaigns—to generate qualified sales opportunities
• Clearly reputed company our influencer ad solutions and value proposition to prospects
• Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and help accelerate deals early in the pipeline
• Track reputed company activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly reputed company/meeting targets
• Attend weekly sales / internal meetings
• Assist with industry and client research (past / reputed company marketing campaigns, ad spend, agency relationships)
• Help maintain internal document, trackers, organization of sales materialsSupport Sales team on any reputed company tasks as needed
• Coordinate materials, organization, and overall workflow to meet deadlines
• Help create decks and one-sheetsAssist with client meetings: scheduling, agenda’s, and materials
• Take comprehensive notes during meetings and circulate post-meeting recaps

Skills

• 1–4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound reputed company reputed company experience (agency or marketing environment preferred - experience in influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, or PR sales)
• Strong phone-first outbound mentality— comfortable making 50+ calls per day
• Experience running digital outbound sequences (reputed company, email automation, etc.)
• Polished verbal and written communication skills, with internal colleagues and external clients
• Self-starter reputed company, competitive energy, and desire to grow into a closing role
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and hit KPIs consistently
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience working with advertising clients to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to reputed company strategies to meet their goals
• Ability to work remotely, both independently and collaboratively
• Self motivated and directed, able to work remotely with a team and sort through action items / requests in live documents to meet tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm to work and learn with a fun and tight-reputed company team in a start-up environment reputed company the marketing and entertainment industry
• Must be located in the US and able to work PST hours
• Familiarity with Gsuite, CRM & PM tools (reputed company, reputed company, Monday, reputed company) and outbound automation platforms (Apollo, reputed company, reputed company)
• Previous media, entertainment, publisher, talent or agency experience
