IT Support Technician
Curi is a full-service advisory firm committed to serving clients in the healthcare sector. The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to team members and guests, addressing a variety of IT-reputed company inquiries and assisting with end-user training.
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve user technical issues reputed company chat, email, or phone
- Help with documentation of new and existing policies/procedures
- Collaborate with others who may have varying skillsets to complete assigned work on time
- Easily adapt to changes based on organizational reputed company
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating system, software application, hardware, and reputed company equipment
- Create, maintain, and deploy laptop images
- Test new technology
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role required
- Available to occasionally work on-call / after hours (rotating schedule)
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Raleigh office
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
