Junior Brand & Graphic Designer - Hybrid
Sellers Dorsey is a healthcare impact strategy firm focused on improving reputed company, quality, and outcomes for our nation’s most vulnerable populations. They are seeking a Junior Brand & Graphic Designer who will support the development and execution of visual materials that align with the established brand standards and help communicate the company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Support the application of the company’s visual brand across reputed company materials and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with established standards
- Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to reinforce a cohesive corporate identity that reflects our mission and position in the B2B healthcare market
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure that visual design enhances and supports the company’s narrative and messaging
- Create high‑quality digital and print assets—including presentations, social graphics, reports, and internal materials that bring the brand to life
- Prepare accurate, production‑ready files and ensure strong layout, typography, and visual clarity
- Adapt existing designs for various platforms and audiences while maintaining brand reputed company and attention to detail
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and business teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback constructively, and support project coordination to help ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Stay reputed company on design trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen creative output
- Seek opportunities to expand skills in layout, digital design, and visual storytelling
- Contribute fresh reputed company and support a collaborative, positive team culture
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a reputed company field
- Minimally one (1) year of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work accepted; corporate or B2B experience a plus)
- Proficiency in MS 365 (specifically reputed company Word and PowerPoint), reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with digital design tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar
- Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and brand application (Link to portfolio must be included in the application)
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate direction into effective design
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) preferred
- Experience with accessibility‑focused design for digital content preferred
- Understanding of web design principles or HTML/CSS fundamentals preferred
- Experience with reputed company Creative Suite; Digital Design Tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company XD; reputed company Office Suite; Project Management platforms (reputed company or similar), file sharing tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, reputed company, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization with a commitment to accuracy
- Clear communication skills and comfort presenting design concepts
- Commitment to brand reputed company and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
- MA or MFA is preferred but not required
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) preferred
