[Remote] Recruiting Sourcer/Coordinator

The Talent Coordinator & Sourcer will support the hiring process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics, while also engaging in sourcing candidates for open roles.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendars
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience
• Maintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedback
• Support offer coordination and pre-boarding, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and Hiring Managers
• Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks or risks early
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to reputed company candidates for open roles (reputed company, outbound tools, referrals, inbound screening)
• Conduct initial resume screens and reputed company for reputed company roles
• Help build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Draft and update job descriptions as roles evolve
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics (documentation, systems access, equipment readiness)
• Maintain employee records and support updates in HR systems
• Assist with benefits enrollment questions and onboarding-reputed company inquiries
• Support People Ops projects tied to hiring, compliance, and process improvement

Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
• Strong written and verbal communicator who's comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Familiar with ATS tools (reputed company, Lever, reputed company, etc.) and eager to learn new systems
• Able to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
• High level of professionalism and discretion reputed company handling sensitive information
• Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building structure where none exists
• Exposure to sourcing technical roles or working with engineering teams
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Interest in growing into a Recruiter or People Operations role long-term
• Familiarity with basic employment compliance or HR best practices
