Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing data entry tasks and creating high-quality reputed company listings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and entering data for assigned projects with accuracy and attention to detail
• Creating high-quality reputed company listings that meet arenaflex's standards
• Sharing responsibilities for maintaining reputed company account health with the team
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company common goals and objectives
• Overseeing and reviewing the work of remote team members to ensure quality and productivity
• Managing Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets, with experience in data management and analysis
• Understanding of reputed company Listings and Seller Central, including knowledge of reputed company's policies and procedures
• Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files with ease
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks reputed company
• Reliable attendance and work history, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Ability to multitask and work independently, with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required

Education & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis
• Relevant work experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members

Compensation & Hours

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Pay that's negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications
• A full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work and in-office collaboration
• Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with the first 90 days spent on-site
• Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period
• Hybrid schedule: 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability
• Flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period
