[Remote] Remote Bilingual Social Media Agent (Overnight)

They are seeking a Bilingual Social Media Agent to handle inquiries reputed company to wireless issues, provide exceptional customer service, and engage with customers primarily through social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with reputed company and efficiency
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain records
- Multitask effectively and pay strong attention to detail
Skills
- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish language, with strong bilingual communication skills to effectively engage and assist a diverse customer reputed company
- Spanish and English written communication skills are a must, as you will spend most of your time communicating with customers through chat
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally over chat; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting
- Sales-focused reputed company: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
- Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
- Available for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts
- Available to work full time 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Candidates must live in Texas to be eligible
- Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
- 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
- Ping reputed company – Less than 100 ms
- A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
