Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level support for users with questions reputed company to Service Now (reputed company Product's Pre-Production Hardware system of record) and inventory tracking business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs escalated from users; partner with IT on required development work

- Support user enhancement requests

Skills
- Associate degree in STEM or any reputed company field

- Experience in an IT or equivalent system or customer support role
