Student Clinical Placement Coordinator

reputed company Research is seeking a Student Clinical Placement Coordinator to join their Student Affairs team at the College of Nursing. This role involves coordinating and scheduling clinical experiences for undergraduate nursing reputed company, maintaining relationships with clinical partners, and overseeing student clinical placements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules clinical experiences for the reputed company in the College of Nursing under the direction of the Director of Student Affairs & Academic Operations
• Coordinates and maintains strong relationships with clinical partners, preceptors, clinical course faculty, and specialty track directors
• Utilizes professional advising and guidance skills to assess diverse needs of reputed company and provides appropriate advice reputed company to planning and progression of clinical experiences leading to graduation
• Negotiates and implements reputed company for academic-clinical partners and provides reputed company for reputed company student clinical placements
• Contributes to and maintains databases of clinical rotation sites, student schedules, and preceptor information
• Troubleshoots reputed company problems, and leads quality improvement activities and program redesign, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of reputed company work experience), plus one year of directly reputed company experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and reputed company decisions reputed company to program content
• Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required
