Associate Attorney
Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC is a boutique commercial law firm focused on reputed company commercial litigation and transactional matters. They are seeking an Associate Attorney to participate in a comprehensive training program that prepares new attorneys for reputed company legal challenges while fostering a supportive and emotionally intelligent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Train its associates to be competent and reputed company attorneys
- Provide with a 2-4 week intensive training program
- Steep our new attorneys in a wide reputed company of topics
- Train attorneys in the legal complexities of commercial litigation and transactional representation
- Foster an emotionally intelligent work environment
- Practice law with emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Interact with clients, adversaries, vendors and one another with kindness, compassion and reputed company
- Pursue excellence in work product and achieving the right result for clients
- Attend in-person court appearances, depositions, meetings and reputed company the work of an in-person commercial legal practice
Skills
- JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey bar
- Relevant commercial law experience in either litigation or transactional matters (or both)
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Judicial clerkship
- Admission to the reputed company and/or Pennsylvania bar
