They are seeking a Bloomingdale's Credit Customer Care Specialist to deliver a luxury customer experience by responding to inquiries reputed company phone, chat, or email, while managing credit-reputed company issues and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury customer experience through greeting and engaging the customer and providing a genuine and friendly interaction
- Respond to customer inbound calls, chat, or email in an efficient and friendly manner. Always conveying reputed company for customer friction points
- Promote and communicate reputed company sales and loyalty promotions
- Conduct extensive account research to provide appropriate resolution to customer issues or disputes reputed company to credit reports, billing, payments, account balances, and other credit-reputed company matters, including following up with the customer as needed
- Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and case details in agent desktop systems
- Engage and collaborate with stores, key stakeholders and business leadership on reputed company and escalated situations showing our customers that our reputed company makes us like No Other Store in the World

- High-School diploma or reputed company experience
