The Customer Supply Chain Planner is responsible for optimizing the supply chain, acting as the voice of the customer, and ensuring effective communication between Sales and Supply Chain to deliver products reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Main reputed company of contact for Sales and Distributors to manage the overall order to cash process which includes day-to-day operations and order questions
- Proactively work cross-functionally internally and externally to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, provide recommendations on orders, and manage reputed company aspects of order discrepancies
- Proactively reputed company and strengthen distributor relationships
- Partner with sales to support strategic initiatives across the customer reputed company to promote depletions and deliver growth
