[Remote] Operations Associate, Insurance Operations

The Operations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining systems for submitting insurance applications and rosters, ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows to reputed company our processes running smoothly
- Design and execute reputed company analyses to support decision making reputed company Insurance Operations and across departments at Grow
- Own and monitor metrics that track the health of our Insurance Operations
- Collaborate closely with our Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while we scale
Skills
- Experience in operations or a reputed company field
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to build and maintain automated workflows
- Experience with reputed company analyses to support decision making
