Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with reputed company and confidence
- Talk with customers about their finances and help them find payment options that work for them
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments
- Stay sharp with call quality and compliance with federal regulations

- Engage with your team on camera during shifts
Skills
- Candidates MUST reside in the greater Houston area
- Must be able to work from home and must be able to reliably commute to the assigned office on designated in-office days
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
- 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Critical thinking + active listening
- Comfort with basic math
- Basic computer skills & reliable high-speed internet
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Collections, sales, or call center experience
