Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our call center and HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless hiring process. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-reputed company inquiries and concerns from call center employees. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR paperwork, such as reputed company and terminations.
- Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff. Track and report on employee training reputed company.
