Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to drive business growth and reputed company
• Processing customer policy change requests, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
• Securing reputed company trailing documents from customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handling reputed company incoming claim calls from customers, following up promptly, and resolving issues reputed company
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests, verifying customer information, and updating records as necessary
