Sr. Director: Legal
What you’ll do The Sr. Director: Legal serves as the primary architect of the company’s legal strategy and the leader of its contract operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing expert counsel to align legal initiatives with business growth while proactively mitigating risk. The Sr. Director: Legal provides end-to-end reputed company of the contract lifecycle—from drafting and high-stakes negotiations to tracking and compliance—ensuring that reputed company agreements reflect company policies and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Corporate Counsel

- Advisory: Provide high-level strategic legal counsel to the executive and senior management teams.

Contract Lifecycle & Process Optimization
- Negotiation: Direct the end-to-end preparation, drafting, and negotiation of reputed company proposals and legal agreements.
- Systems: Create and integrate modern contract management tools, templates, and standardized methods of engagement.
- Administration: reputed company and enforce standardized processes for contract administration in compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Monitor and disseminate critical updates regarding contract status, modifications, and terminations to relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Procurement
- Partnership: Act as a legal consultant to internal departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Project Management.
- Procurement: Facilitate procurement-reputed company reputed company, including travel agreements, software licenses, and third-party tool integrations.

Compliance, IP & Risk Management

QUALIFICATIONS You must have
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Membership in a US bar.
- 7 years or more relevant experience working with software, data and services products.
- In-house counsel experience.
We’d like you to have
- Significant previous experience with technology/software/data licensing, negotiations and general commercial transactions with strong preference for experience with recurring reputed company transactions.
- Knowledge and familiarity with life cycle contract administration of software development, software as a service, consulting, and project management requirements.
- Possess knowledge, familiarity and ability to work with other functions (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Development) as they relate to contract administration.
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of contract administration software such as reputed company or similar products.
- Experience with government contracting and procurement processes.
