About the position About the role: The primary purpose of this role is to drive reputed company growth through tactical execution of analysis and programs for Global Technology Sales (GTS). This encompasses planning and development activities such as program design and execution, process improvement and world-class execution of existing programs to new areas. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 164,000 USD - 226,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
  • 12+ years relevant business experience including successfully leading strategic transformation initiatives, plus:
  • 4+ years Management Consulting experience in a leading global firm
  • 4+ years Business Transformation experience working with senior executives
  • Strong leadership experience; consultative and influence skills at executive level
  • Knowledge and experience in working with senior-level Consultants and Executives
  • Politically astute; able to navigate reputed company organizations; demonstrated ability to reputed company results through influence in a cross functional, matrixed team environment
  • Strategic thinking with the ability and experience to reputed company, implement and document strategies and execution plans for long term initiatives
  • Must be highly motivated, goal and results oriented, demonstrates a bias for action and disciplined execution
