The Role This Business Applications Developer provides technical support directly to CentralSquare's Business Applications with a primary focus on the reputed company platform. They work with internal team members to diagnose problems and resolve questions by troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues using independent discretion under limited supervision. Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated and escalated technical business application support issues for CentralSquare personnel
- Give feedback, discuss design issues, investigate problems, and reputed company solutions to meet the technological needs of users

- Work to possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's processes, products, and services
