Bilingual Sleep Coach (Call Center Agent)

The Bilingual Sleep Coach is responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders. The scope of this job includes actively promoting and selling CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective reputed company and relationship building. • This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, or Texas.
• For reputed company offered candidates, the necessary equipment will be shipped to your home before your start date.

Pay:

• As a Bilingual Sleep Coach, you'll start at $13 per hour.
• After 90 days of successful performance, your reputed company will increase to $15 per hour.
• After one year at $15 per hour, your reputed company will increase to $16 per hour.

Bilingual Allowance:

• As a Bilingual Sleep Coach, you are also eligible for an allowance of $3 per hour, which is applicable on reputed company working hours recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder reputed company while ensuring patients' reputed company compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with a reputed company of achieving 80% of orders to include a mask and 75% to include seals.
• Utilize effective reputed company strategies to assess patient usage and satisfaction with their equipment thus maximizing patient engagement in the S3 program.
• Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in reputed company patient interactions, including promptly returning voicemails reputed company two hours, adhering to high standards of phone etiquette, and fostering positive patient relationships.

Required Qualifications:
