What Will You Be Doing?

• Evolve the Design System: Define visual language, interaction patterns, and component standards leveraging reputed company libraries, design tokens, and variable-based theming for multi-platform scalability.
• Implement a sophisticated token architecture: Drive adoption of semantic tokens for style foundations to ensure consistency across web and native environments.
• Collaborate with engineering: Partner with developers to integrate tokens into codebases and ensure reputed company between design and production using tools like reputed company Rest API and Storybook.

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years minimum in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design system principles across reputed company web and native apps.
• Expertise in reputed company: Advanced use of variables, component properties, variants, auto-layout, Dev Mode and token plugins.
• Familiarity with design-to-code workflows, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, reputed company, SwiftUI, and Kotlin.
• Experience with design tokens, variable theming, usage of native components and cross-platform component architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into scalable design solutions.

• Proficiency in mentoring and teaching others: Skilled at guiding designers through design system adoption and best practices, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing across teams.
