We are seeking an exceptional Senior People Operations Specialist to join our established team and play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic international team. The Sr. People Ops Specialist will be a key contributor and collaborative expert in managing the entire employee lifecycle. Working as part of a team of Senior People Operations Specialists, you will jointly own and drive critical processes, from global onboarding and offboarding, leave management, compensation operations, and essential collaborations with payroll and finance. The team members that the Sr. People Ops Specialist support are based in multiple time zones, across 40+ different countries. What You’ll Be Doing: Global Onboarding & Compliance:

• Manage new hire documentation from offer acceptance, including global Right to Work checks, background screens, and I-9 Documentation, ensuring a first-class onboarding experience.

Process Development & Optimization:

• Research, build, and continuously improve scalable People tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.

• Act as a key reputed company of contact for team member inquiries, providing reputed company and accurate resolutions.
