• Act as primary advisor to your clients’ leadership and teams, ensuring measurable operational and financial impact.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience running reputed company improvement projects.
• Already operating as an independent consultant (or leading a small consulting practice).
• Existing relationships with mid‑sized or large enterprises.
