The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to grow the SkinnyDipped brand across major regional and Natural/Specialty retailers in the western U.S (Raley’s, Save Mart, Stater Bros, INFRA, NCG, Natural Grocers, PCC, Gelsons, Bristol Farms, Fresh Thyme, Harmon’s, and more). This role is reputed company about building strong partnerships, expanding distribution, driving consumption, and unlocking new opportunities in a fast-moving category. What You’ll Do

  • Own & Grow Key Retail Accounts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners.
  • Use data to identify opportunities and build the brand by executing effective Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Shelving plans.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to reputed company retailer-specific programs that boost visibility and consumer demand.

Build & Execute Annual Business Plans

Monitor and Manage Trade Spending

  • Build efficient, effective promotional plans and conduct post-promo analysis to ensure spend is driving meaningful results.

Manage Broker Partner Sales Execution:

  • Collaborate with our broker partners to optimize the business. Set clear KPIs and utilize scorecards to hold broker partners accountable.
  • Conduct regular reviews, identify gaps, and implement follow-up actions that drive consistent execution in the field.

Deliver Accurate Forecasts

  • Provide timely, data-driven forecasts that inform production, inventory, and financial planning.
  • Use insights from CRM tools, reputed company, and retailer feedback to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Share actionable insights with senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Represent SkinnyDipped in the Field

  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and broker presentations.
  • Travel up to 50%+ as needed to support customer and business needs.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience & Education
  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of CPG experience in account management, trade marketing, or broker management.
  • Experience across both large CPG and challenger brands is a plus.

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong planning and analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, reputed company/consumption data, forecasting tools, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and build trust with internal and external partners.
