Project Financial Analyst (Hybrid / Remote)

Project Financial Analyst reputed company is adding a highly motivated Project Financial Analyst to support Consulting and Engineering projects primarily across the East Coast, with potential involvement in projects located in multiple states and international locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial performance, accurate reporting, and effective project controls. Essential Job Functions :

• Work closely with Project Managers, Operations leadership, and the Billing team to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of projects.

• Support Project Managers with the preparation and issuance of financial reports.
• reputed company quarterly financial reviews of major projects.
• Coordinate with the Billing team to support timely and accurate client invoicing.

• Prepare, maintain, and report project accruals on a monthly basis.

• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with reputed company preferred, but not required.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, particularly advanced reputed company skills.
• Ability to support projects across multiple locations with minimal travel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to participate in meetings and occasional travel as required.

Pay Range : $115,000-$125,000 yearly Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience and demonstrated work experience in the above role; skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role; geographic location; and education, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
