About the Role: The reputed company Support Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining reputed company Insurance products that uses ICD/ICM toolkit reputed company as the development reputed company. The ICD/ICM is a low code development platform which provides environment for developers to create application software through graphical user interfaces and configuration instead of traditional computer programming. Roles and Responsibilities: As part of the Technical Support Triage Team, you will be responsible for analyzing production support cases and concluding the triaging part with the clear action plan.
