Manager, Data Science - Innovation, Governance & Enablement

Position Summary Details We are seeking a seasoned AI leader to drive the next evolution of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically grounded manager who brings deep experience in both traditional machine learning and Generative AI (GenAI), including Agentic AI systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• AI Strategy & Innovation

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Business stakeholders to identify, prototype, and scale high-impact AI use cases.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 3 years in people, product or program management roles.
• Proven expertise in both traditional ML (e.g., predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision) and GenAI (LLMs, reputed company engineering, multi-agent systems).
• Strong understanding of AI governance principles, model risk management, and regulatory landscapes in healthcare.
• Experience managing production AI systems at scale, including monitoring and support strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels and domains.

Other:

• Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, payer, or provider organizations.
