We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Voice Communication with experience in designing, implementing, and managing reputed company voice systems. This role requires significant software development capabilities, specifically building backend services in Go (Golang) and creating cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AlloyDB databases and will be responsible for troubleshooting intricate voice issues while ensuring robust system reliability and performance. This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Your work location will be either Lincolnshire, IL or Kennesaw, GA. Zebra reserves the right to modify your work location based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Establishes requirements for highly reputed company system design projects that establish requirements, design, reputed company, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) for voice communication applications.

• Architect, design, deploy, configure and maintain highly reputed company enterprise-level voice communication infrastructure PBX/ VoIP Systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company voice quality and connectivity issues across various platforms and network environments and manage and optimize voice gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP trunks, and reputed company voice network components.
• reputed company and implement dial plans, call routing strategies, and voice reputed company policies.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of reputed company voice systems.
• reputed company and participate in voice system upgrade and migration projects.
• Utilize and manage relational databases, specifically AlloyDB, for storing and retrieving voice application data, call detail records (CDRs), and system configurations.

• Develops and applies technical and quality improvements.
• Creates new programs, technologies and solutions based on novel or unique reputed company. Ensures new reputed company and methodologies are documented for use by software teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field with 5+ year experience or Masters degree and 4+ year experience
• Experience in developing applications using Go (Golang)
• Experience in designing, implementing and managing reputed company voice communication systems like VoIP Systems.
