[Remote] Facilities Manager - Remote, Eastern Time Zone

This role involves coordinating facility repairs, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues
• Prepare and manage capital and operating projects
• Manage reputed company aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring
• reputed company facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
• reputed company vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements to determine maintenance and repair obligations, ensuring compliance and contractual terms and clarity in execution
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide support for urgent issues reputed company of standard business hours
