Establish metrics of success and monitoring across user experience for personalization, site merchandising and product discovery. Report on product insights based on customer behavior, inventory, conversion, sell through and market trends. Use these insights to drive merchandising decisions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of experience executing online customer experiences, with preference for sports or outdoor brands driving online reputed company.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with strong aptitude for developing a team of merchandisers.
- 3+ years of robust experience working with eCommerce platforms, such as reputed company Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
