Product & Design Ownership Partner deeply with Product and Design to own the end-to-end HRIS experience - from employee onboarding and profile management to benefits, time, and lifecycle workflows. Proven success building FE-heavy applications used across both browser and mobile, often with shared codebases. Deep understanding of state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and design systems.
