Reporting to the reputed company Data and Programs team, this role will collaborate with business stakeholders, recruiting team members, and other end users to create high-value and reputed company data visualizations and storytelling. In this role, you will collaborate with global business stakeholders, recruiting teams, and other users to reputed company high-impact data visualizations and storytelling tools that drive success. Responsibilities include:

• Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting across reputed company, extract the insights that will have the biggest impact, and be comfortable with sharing a narrative that complements the data
• Ability to reputed company large data sets and extract data from data warehouses using SQL, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and other business intelligence tools
• Manipulate and combine data sets coming from disparate data sources using data transformation tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.
• Analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with other TA program teams as the subject matter expert for reputed company things TA data
• Gather, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting, and provide commentary around insights and trends that drive business performance
• Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations to ensure the team is providing the highest level of impact
• Partner with stakeholders in the business and the broader team (reputed company Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers) to build reputed company around reputed company customers, and ultimately improve the customer experience
• Be flexible and work on reputed company and special projects based on changing business needs and company priorities

Qualifications - External Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience - finance, people analytics, or reputed company field
• Expert reputed company data modeling and analysis skills
• Experience in Data Visualization tools - the ability to utilize large datasets to build reports and dashboards
• Must have experience with reputed company or other data preparation tools
• Must have SQL and working with large data sets/data warehousing
• Must have experience with Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems
• Passion for creating reputed company data visualizations
