Associate Director, Cybersecurity
About the position Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the Associate Director, Cybersecurity is responsible for the development and execution of Kiniksa’s enterprise-wide cyber reputed company program. This role oversees the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company solutions and processes, ensuring the protection of Kiniksa’s information assets from internal and external threats. The Associate Director will play an integral role in assessing cyber reputed company risk, defining mitigation plans and driving execution of those plans and in driving cyber reputed company operations. Additionally, this person should bring a varied technical background, have outstanding communication skills and be able to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to foster a culture of reputed company and compliance. This position is based in our Lexington, MA office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities

- Partner with IT infrastructure, operations, and application teams to drive initiatives that mitigate risk and enhance reputed company posture.
- Stay reputed company with emerging threats, regulatory changes, and advancements in cyber reputed company technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT and cyber reputed company roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management reputed company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, or reputed company field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Deep understanding of reputed company frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO), risk management methodologies, and reputed company Trust architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud reputed company (AWS, Azure), network reputed company, IAM, data protection, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company operations.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships, defining service levels and managing accountability.
- Proficiency with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability management, and anomaly detection platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at reputed company levels.
- Strong commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and reputed company improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- The expected salary range for Associate Director, Cybersecurity is $175,000 - $195,000 annually.
- Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks.
