Senior Subcontract Administrator

job summary: A Senior Subcontract Administrator is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering. Remote work. • Act as the primary subcontract administrator for proposal efforts and awarded programs reputed company the Engineered Systems Business Unit.
• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts independently, from initial solicitation and negotiation to final closeout.
• Draft and negotiate risk-averse subcontract agreements specifically for design-build and general construction work on federally funded programs.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with federal performance requirements, including Davis-Bacon Act, bonding, and liquidated damages.
• Award and manage various contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Time and Materials (T&M), and IDIQs.
• Maintain reputed company subcontract files and agreements in strict accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development to establish subcontractor teaming strategies and reputed company negotiations for teaming agreements.
• Prepare formal solicitation packages that include reputed company flow-down requirements from prime government reputed company.
